Whistleblowing

gridX is part of the E.ON Group. E.ON has set up a hotline as well as an externally operated website to facilitate the anonymous transmission of information on possible violations of laws and regulations.

These reporting channels are available not only to E.ON employees, but also to gridX's business partners, our employees and other third parties who wish to submit confidential information.

You can use the hotline or the website to report possible cases of misconduct, including corruption, fraud, embezzlement, tax evasion, human rights violations, as well as violations of antitrust and capital market laws, insider trading rules and data protection laws, or other violations of the Code of Conduct.

It is important to note that the above whistleblower channels are not intended for customer complaints or other contract-related concerns arising from customer business. Depending on your concern, please either contact E.ON's customer hotline or contact us via gridX's support channels.
